🔧 Product & Fitment

Q: How do I know if your parts will fit my vehicle?
A: Each product listing includes a detailed fitment guide. We recommend checking your vehicle’s year, make, model, and engine size before ordering. If you’re unsure, contact our support team — we’re happy to help you confirm compatibility.

Q: Are your parts OEM quality?
A: Yes. Globe Automotive parts are designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications. Many are made in the same U.S. factories that supply original equipment manufacturers.

Q: Are these parts made in the USA?
A: Most of our products — including sway bar links and hydraulic valve lifters — are proudly manufactured in the United States. Product pages will indicate country of origin.

🚚 Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re exploring options to expand in the future.

Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused, uninstalled products in original packaging. You can read our full Return Policy here.

Q: Do you charge restocking fees?
A: We do not charge restocking fees on standard returns. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes, as long as the item is in new condition. Contact our support team to process an exchange or return.

Q: Do your parts come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Most suspension components include a 1-year warranty, and engine parts like valve lifters come with a limited lifetime warranty. Full warranty details are available here.

Q: How do I file a warranty claim?
A: Email us at support@globeautomotive.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll respond within 1 business day.
